All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful; 16 be reserves the right to terminate any account found to have provided false information. Each user may only open one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must never share your password with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

When using the 16 be platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat other users with respect. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in such activities will be immediately suspended. Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users is strictly forbidden. No content, design, or software from the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. 16 be reserves the right to take action against any account found attempting to gain an unfair advantage by any means.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and designated methods must be followed for deposits and withdrawals. If the information provided during a transaction is incorrect, delays or issues with the transfer may occur, and the user bears full responsibility for this. 16 be is not liable for losses caused by technical errors or issues with third-party payment gateways, though we will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly. If suspicious financial activity is detected, additional documentation may be requested to verify the account. Records of all transactions are retained and may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if required.
